Signed liability waivers are required for all passholders before your ski season pass can be printed or activated. You will be prompted to sign any missing waivers during checkout. Waivers have been updated for the 2024/25 season. You can also click here to review and sign the Release of Liability waiver(s) individually online.
SPECIAL NOTE FOR WAIVERS OF MINORS OR PASSES PURCHASED AS GIFTS
Online purchases require a waiver to be signed before completing a purchase, and waivers are saved digitally.
Parents and legal guardians must sign liability waivers for anyone under the age of 18.
RLM must have a signed liability waiver on file for all pass holders under the age of 18.
If you have purchased this pass as a gift, and are not the pass recipient, or are not the parent or legal guardian of a recipient under the age of 18, a signed liability waiver must be printed and submitted to obtain the pass. Older siblings are not allowed to sign a liability waiver for minors.
